Steps to reproduce

When I'm using chatflow, and I try to change my avatar in the webapp inside the monitoring, I find that the page with save button disappears after new image confirmed.
The following screen has been losted.

This bug also find in the Dify cloudy.

✔️ Expected Behavior

PLS fix it.Thx.
