Steps to reproduce

cann't reproduced in other ECS. only occured in machine in internal networks without connect the network.

  1. config deepseek r1/ text-embedding/reranker model using openai_api_complatible plugin.
  2. create a blank app.
  3. add a knowledge file.
  4. ask question in debug & preview refer to the file and it works ok.
  5. delete the knowledge file.
  6. ask any questions and then the /chat-messages api return an error: openai_api_complatible/openai_api not found.

env:
deepseek r1: 910B physical machine * 2, k8s
text-embedding: 3060 physical machine, docker
reranker: 3060: physical machine, docker
dify: 3060 physical machine, docker

dify version: 0.15.3 with dify-web:main

✔️ Expected Behavior

/chat-messages return ok in app's debug & preview area after chaning the knowledge in Orchestrate.

❌ Actual Behavior

No response
