Steps to reproduce

  1. When selecting the Dify plugin for the first time, three plugins were selected, but after successfully installing one, due to abnormal reasons, Dify restarted;
  2. When logging in again, the dify plugin shows 2 installations in progress, 1 successful, and the installation is still pending.
  3. Reinstall unfinished plugins in the plugin market and they can be installed normally. The plugin list is also 3, but the plugin status is still 2 in installation and 1 was unsuccessful.

✔️ Expected Behavior

The number and status of Dify plugins are consistent. If there is a restart, the completed content will not be displayed as' in installation ', which should be considered normal;

❌ Actual Behavior

Abnormal display of the number of installations in progress
