I'm not an administrator and don't have editing rights. I'm just an ordinary member, but I can download and delete any plugin, which will pose a threat to the system configuration.

2. Additional context or comments

It is hoped that the permissions of ordinary members can be restricted, prohibiting them from performing operations such as model configuration, plugin download and deletion.

3. Can you help us with this feature?
