Steps to reproduce

add a llm node and choose deepseek v3(tongyi), run workflow and error happened:

[tongyi] Error: PluginInvokeError: {"args":{},"error_type":"AttributeError","message":"'TongyiLargeLanguageModel' object has no attribute '_wrap_thinking_by_reasoning_content'"}

✔️ Expected Behavior

deepseek v3 output content currectly

❌ Actual Behavior
