Steps to reproduce

When using dify1.0.1 with the plugin openai_api_compatible (0.0.7) to connect to qwen2.5 (started with vllm), an error occurs during startup. Since this is a fully offline environment, a local pip source has been used. However, the following exception is reported during the startup process:
core.plugin.manager.exc.PluginInvokeError: PluginInvokeError: {"args":{},"error_type":"ImportError","message":"blobfile is not installed. Please install it by running pip install blobfile"}
Environment Details:
Docker Compose version: v2.26.0
