Steps to reproduce

  • Install a Model plugin
  • Add the model API Key
  • Customize the enabled/disabled state of models
  • Optionally add a custom model using that model plugin
  • Remove the Model Plugin

✔️ Expected Behavior

The entries related to the Model Plugin should be removed from the tables:
provider_model_settings
provider_models

❌ Actual Behavior

The entries are not removed and anyone that did not complete the manual step to update to plugin system will report problems with the enabled/disabled state not persisting or custom models missing / cannot add them again

It also seems like this issue of the enabled/disabled state not being kept also afflict Dify's cloud "trial quota" models
That were previously enabled/disabled in 0.15.3

Delete Branch "%!s()"

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
