Provide a description of requested docs changes

I'd say the comparison of "Dify vs. Assistants API vs. Langchain" is very useful, but outdated by now regarding langchain:

By now, Langchain provides a Prompt IDE in the form of Langsmith, and provides an API as well as local deployment in the form of Langserve.
