Feature Request: Add Support for Baichuan4-Turbo and Baichuan4-Air Models

Context
The current Baichuan AI Provider implementation only supports the following legacy models:
Baichuan, Baichuan2-Turbo, Baichuan3-Turbo-128k, Baichuan3-Turbo, Baichuan4.

Request
Add integration support for the new generation models:

  • Baichuan4-Turbo
  • Baichuan4-Air
