The issue of the webapp's history conversation title always displaying as "New conversation" is a known behavior in Dify. This typically occurs when the initial conversation content is too long, causing the system model to default to "New conversation" as the title. A fix is being implemented in pull request #14247, which adjusts the max_tokens parameter to 1000 for the auto_generate_name function to address this issue [1].
