Steps to reproduce

Because of the need for Intranet deployment, I first deployed dify1.13 version on my computer, and then saved the image, but an error was reported
I tried to pull the mirror several times, after exporting the error, hope to be able to answer

✔️ Expected Behavior

No error is reported when the image is saved

❌ Actual Behavior

Image saving error
