Steps to reproduce

BUG 1: The embedding model in the knowledge base cannot be changed during use (the embedding model in the knowledge base remains unchanged even if the default embedding model has changed)
BUG 2: Knowledge base addition document does not perform QA mode when using high quality index, file upload fails when performing QA mode
The first and second images show BUG 1, and the third image shows BUG 2
