You can add a docker registry variable in docker-compose.yaml to quickly modify the registry.
Of course, it would be better to add a docker.registry environment variable in .env to configure where to download from.
Encountered troubles:
I have a Docker image server built using Nexus to proxy various image sources, which can speed up the pulling process. It can also solve the problem of repeated image pulling caused by unstable network, as it is not possible to quickly access registry1.docker.io in China.
