1. Is this request related to a challenge you're experiencing? Tell me about your story.

When I was testing the migration of data from Weaviate to Tencent VectorDB, the program was interrupted during the vector.delete call because attempting to delete a non-existent collection throws an exception. It is necessary to check whether the collection exists before proceeding with the deletion.
