1. Is this request related to a challenge you're experiencing? Tell me about your story.

Given that "Pointer Mode" and "Hand Mode" are mutually exclusive, why not combine them into a single toggle button and assign them to a single shortcut key? This approach would simplify user interaction by reducing shortcut combinations.

Furthermore, taking inspiration from ComfyUI's approach: pressing and holding the Shift/Cmd key temporarily activates Pointer Mode (enabling node selection and other operations), while releasing the key automatically reverts back to Hand Mode.

I have talked with out designer, and come into the conclusion, we do not have a plan for this.
