To resolve the "is not enabled" issue for text-to-speech and speech-to-text features in Dify version 1.1.3, ensure that you have configured the TTS (Text-to-Speech) and STT (Speech-to-Text) models in the system model settings. Additionally, make sure your workflow is published, as these features will not be enabled until the workflow is published. Once configured and published, the features should be available in the workflow and chatflow options [1].

If you are using OpenAI TTS, ensure that FFmpeg is installed on your system, as it is a necessary dependency [2].
