1. Is this request related to a challenge you're experiencing? Tell me about your story.

The client feels that each time they open the Q&A interface, it still shows the previous question, which seems odd. In other Q&A interfaces, a new conversation starts by default when you enter, such as: ChatGPT (https://chatgpt.com/) and DeepSeek (https://chat.deepseek.com/), etc.
