Why is it necessary to visit the address of the marketplace.dify.ai plugin to import DSL

This issue usually occurs because the application export version is less than 0.1.5, which causes a call to an external API. You can refer to my changes for resolution.

There are two similar closed issues that might be relevant to your situation:

  1. One issue suggests that SSL connection problems, like the "EOF occurred in violation of protocol" error, can often be related to SSL configuration issues. It recommends checking your SSL certificates, network configuration, and proxy settings. Additionally, ensure that the retry mechanism for network requests is configured correctly [1].

  2. Another issue suggests setting the CHECK_UPDATE_URL environment variable to an empty value to resolve similar problems in a non-networked environment [2].

These solutions might help address the SSL connection failure you're experiencing when trying to import the DSL workflow without an external network.
