To fix the missing scrollbar issue when there are too many tool items in the latest self-hosted (Docker) version of Dify, you need to modify the CSS. Change the overflow property from hidden to auto in the markdown.scss file. After making this change, rebuild the frontend service and clear your browser cache for the changes to take effect [1].
