I found a similar issue where the response data is always empty when requesting suggested questions from the Dify API using versions 1.2 and 1.3.1 in a self-hosted Docker environment. The problem might be due to the ID being used in the request not matching the actual user ID in the system. To resolve this, ensure you are using the correct user ID that matches the one stored in your Dify instance. Additionally, verify that the suggested questions feature is properly enabled in your application settings [1][2].

To enable the suggested questions feature, you need to configure the suggested_questions_after_answer object by setting the enabled property to true [3].
