Steps to reproduce

Part of #19429

The WorkflowService was creating and passing WorkflowNodeExecution database model instances directly to SQLAlchemyWorkflowNodeExecutionRepository.save() method, which expects NodeExecution domain entities. This type mismatch caused inconsistent behavior and potential data corruption in the workflow execution process.
