There is a similar resolved issue related to a bug in Dify version 1.3.0, where environment and session variables became invisible in input fields after updating. This bug was fixed in pull request #18728, and users experiencing this issue were advised to update to a version containing the fix. Since you are using version 1.3.1, which was released after the fix, it might already contain the necessary solution [1].

Additionally, you might want to check your configuration settings, specifically the useConfig function settings like nodesReadOnly, isShowRemoveVarConfirm, and advanced settings for variable groups such as isEnableGroup, as these might affect the visibility of your variables [2].
