Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a workflow with a tool backed by another workflow
  2. Run the workflow created in step 1.
  3. Try access the execution history of the workflow in step 1.

✔️ Expected Behavior

No error occurred.

❌ Actual Behavior

An error "triggered_from is required in repository constructor" occurred.
