1. Is this request related to a challenge you're experiencing? Tell me about your story.

When configuring the segmentation settings through the file creation interface, there is no segment overlap parameter.
When creating a knowledge base, there is no choice of weight setting or enabling the Rerank model in the mixed retrieval settings.
