If it is on Fail Branch branch (flow), then the normal flow will be switched and cutted off. You can add the "Direct Reply" node before node with Fail Branch.

If it is on Fail Branch branch (flow), then the normal flow will be switched and cutted off. You can add the "Direct Reply" node before node with Fail Branch.

The screenshot shows that the 'Direct Reply' node and the exception branch are configured to run in parallel.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
