1. Is this request related to a challenge you're experiencing? Tell me about your story.

I've already raised this issue in the past (#16391)
I will repeat it once more.

I get it that the team is made 80% by Chinese people.
I get it that most contributions are from Chinese users.

But the world's language is English and it is rude to the non Chinese speaking community to force them to translate plugin instructions and images.

Order plugins by "recently released" and count how many are written in English. and properly documented.
Out of 13 contributors (seek and investoday are multiple plugins made but the same persons)
6 are written in Chinese and made it through the "stricter" checks that were promised to improve the quality of the Marketplace.
