The form's default value rendering relies entirely on the backend schema: if the backend doesn't provide a default value for a field (like use_international_endpoint), the frontend will show it as empty or fallback to false for booleans. This is not a frontend bug, but a limitation of the schema-driven architecture—so check your provider's credential schema to ensure the default property is set correctly for each field.

Recent updates have fixed issues with boolean defaults and improved default value support for other input types, but these changes are only available in newer versions (PR #23282, PR #24129). If possible, consider updating Dify or manually patching your backend schema to include the correct defaults.

If you still see issues after confirming the schema, check your browser console and backend logs for errors during form rendering. If you want more targeted help, feel free to share your backend provider schema or any error logs.
