Description

Update the pyrightconfig.json configuration to use the "ignore" field instead of expanding the "exclude" field for directories that should not be type-checked. This change also narrows the "include" field to focus specifically on the "models" and "configs" directories.

Motivation

The current configuration places all directories to skip in the "exclude" field. Using the "ignore" field for directories that should not be type-checked provides clearer semantics - "exclude" is for files that shouldn't be processed at all, while "ignore" is for files that are processed but not type-checked. This distinction helps maintainers understand the intent better and aligns with Pyright's recommended configuration patterns.

Additional Context

The change moves most directories from "exclude" to "ignore" while keeping essential exclusions like ".venv", "tests/", and "migrations/" in the exclude field. The "include" field is also simplified to focus on core directories that need type checking.
