Steps to reproduce

on the latest main branch, when invoking inner_api, the following error occurs:

[GraphRunFailedEvent] reason: Failed to transform agent message: req_id: 26b9da8fc9 PluginInvokeError: {"args":{},"error_type":"Exception","message":"invoke llm model failed: request failed with status code: 500 and respond with: {\n    \"message\": \"Internal Server Error\",\n    \"code\": \"unknown\",\n    \"status\": 500\n}\n"}
