Steps to reproduce

When opening the released web page version of the chat AI application on the mobile WeCom.

An error will be reported: Application error: a client-side exception has occurred while loading 10.23.20.85 (see the browser console for more information).

✔️ Expected Behavior

I see many issues with this bug, but there's no unified solution. It seems to be an incompatibility between the JavaScript version and older browsers. Please provide an ultimate solution, as upgrading the users' browser version is not a viable option.
