Description

This refactor removes Claude-specific references from the documentation files to make them more generic and usable by multiple AI agents. The changes involve renaming CLAUDE.md to AGENTS.md and updating the content to be agent-agnostic.

Motivation

The current CLAUDE.md file contains specific references to "Claude Code" which limits its applicability to other AI agents. By making the documentation more generic, it can serve as a universal guide for any AI agent working with the Dify codebase, improving the project's flexibility and maintainability.

Additional Context

The file will be renamed to AGENTS.md to reflect its broader purpose, and a symlink from CLAUDE.md will be maintained for backward compatibility.
