Steps to reproduce

  1. From the repository root, run make lint.
  2. Observe the uv run invocation executed by the lint target.

✔️ Expected Behavior

The lint target should call uv run using the configured project so Ruff executes inside the API project environment without additional flags.

❌ Actual Behavior

uv run is invoked with --directory api, which bypasses the project configuration and causes the command to fail to locate dependencies when run from the repo root.
