Steps to reproduce

  • Uploading a knowledge file (Excel file)
  • After finish upload, check the status of the knowledge file.

✔️ Expected Behavior

The knowledge is uploaded as AVAILABLE status.

❌ Actual Behavior

It shows ERROR status instead of AVAILABLE.
