Description

Please update the GitHub Actions workflows so that the build-and-push pipeline no longer listens to the deprecated deploy/rag-dev and feat/rag-2 branches, and adjust the dev deployment workflow to run from the active deploy/dev branch.

Motivation

Retiring the rag-specific branches avoids unnecessary CI runs and ensures the dev deployment automation follows the branch we currently maintain for ongoing development.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
