Steps to reproduce

api/app.py:19
When debugging locally, the gevent-related code is usually commented out; it seems accidentally committed to main here.
The FLASK_DEBUG variable influences other behaviors, making it inconvenient to use. maybe we should introduce a separate switch to control whether gevent is enabled？
