Steps to reproduce

Knowledge search had been working normally until around 24:00 JST.

Since then, all knowledge searches return no hits (always result: []).

Attempting to add new knowledge also fails during indexing and cannot be registered.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Knowledge search should return results from the registered documents.

Newly added knowledge should be indexed successfully and become searchable.

❌ Actual Behavior

Knowledge search always returns 0 results.

New knowledge registration fails, and documents cannot be added to the KB.
