Steps to reproduce

Create from template with uninstalled plugins → click “Install” on prompt.

✔️ Expected Behavior

After creating a workflow/knowledge pipeline from the template, the node should appear correctly once the plugin is installed.

❌ Actual Behavior

Plugin nodes remain blank after installing all plugins; manual refresh required.
