Steps to reproduce

In the 1.9.0 version of the workflow, when using iteration and enabling parallel mode within the iteration, executing LLM may result in an error, with the following error message:

Working outside of application context. This typically means that you attempted to use functionality that needed the current application. To solve this, set up an application context with app.app_context(). See the documentation for more information.

Execution successful
