Steps to reproduce

In the file api\core\base\tts\app_generator_tts_publisher.py, the _extract_sentence method causes complete HTML tags or URL strings to be truncated. For example, https://www.github.com should be a complete string, but it gets split into two parts like https://www.github. and com. This results in incorrect sentence breaks during speech synthesis

✔️ Expected Behavior

url or html tag like https://www.github.com should be a complete string

❌ Actual Behavior

gets split into two parts like
https://www.github.
com
