Steps to reproduce

In version 1.9.0 of the knowledge base, after a restart, blocks added via the API cannot be retrieved. Newly created documents can be indexed successfully, but their content cannot be retrieved.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Documents can be parsed and indexed normally, and paragraph recall works properly during recall testing.

❌ Actual Behavior

Documents can be parsed and indexed normally, but paragraphs cannot be recalled during recall testing.
