Steps to reproduce

The form of the extension plugin is missing form items. For example, my plugin has a Boolean type option, but it cannot be found in the form of version 1.9, while it exists in versions 1.7 and below.

✔️ Expected Behavior

In version 1.7, all forms can be displayed normally
