Steps to reproduce

I created a document in the knowledge base via the API using text content. However, only the parent sections are displayed, while the subsections are not. When checking through the API call, the field shows that the content is properly segmented, and the retrieval test also works normally.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Parent and child sections can be displayed normally.

❌ Actual Behavior

The subsections fail to display, yet the API query returns normal results.
