Steps to reproduce

Download the submitted images in the iteration

✔️ Expected Behavior

It was downloaded normally in 1.8.1, but an error occurred after updating to 1.9.0

❌ Actual Behavior

Working outside of application context. This typically means that you attempted to use functionality that needed the current application. To solve this, set up an application context with app.app_context(). See the documentation for more information.
