Description

There are two reasons that we no longer need to directly using OpenAI dependencies:

  1. vanilla BaseModel can be imported directly from the pydantic dependency, not from openai.
  2. It has been impossible to capture openai-related exceptions since LLM as plugins runs within the PD service.

However, it should be noted that the openai package will still be implicitly installed via the opik package.
