Steps to reproduce

1、Define a workflow, and publish it as a tool
2、Define an agent, and add the tool to agent
3、Ask agent some question , agent will call the tool

✔️ Expected Behavior

Agent putout the output of workflow-tool only once, when agent calls workflow-tool

❌ Actual Behavior

As pic below, agent putout the output of workflow-tool twice, when agent calls workflow-tool
