Steps to reproduce

After completing the entire chatflow, I received the message "The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application." This kind of statement is about why and how to solve the problem.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Maintain normal result output and do not report any errors.

❌ Actual Behavior
