Steps to reproduce

Currently, when an account is initialized, the interface language is set to English by default. However, in reality, the language displayed on the interface might be determined by the browser, for example, to Chinese. This creates an inconsistency where the user sees the interface in one language (e.g., Chinese) while their account's interface language setting in the database remains English.

This leads to a problem: when a user creates an app, the embedded chat window defaults to English (matching the account's database setting) even though the user interface is displayed in another language. While this can be manually changed, some users may not know how to make this adjustment, causing confusion about the default behavior.

✔️ Expected Behavior

during account initialization, set the interface language to be consistent with the display language

Actual Behavior

Inconsistency between the account's interface_language and the display language
