Description

The AGENTS.md contributor guide currently omits that backend changes must run make lint and make type-check before submission. This gap makes it easy for contributors to miss mandatory checks in local workflows.

Motivation

Highlighting the lint and type-check requirements directly in the backend workflow section keeps the contributor guide aligned with the QA gate and prevents avoidable review churn when contributors skip these commands.
