Steps to reproduce

We used an OpenAI-API-compatible plugin in Dify to load a local model deployed via vLLM.
We set PLUGIN_BASED_TOKEN_COUNTING_ENABLED=true in the env file, but after calling the chatflow, the displayed consumed tokens are all 0. How to solve this?

✔️ Expected Behavior

Able to normally output the token usage amount

❌ Actual Behavior

No response
