1. Is this request related to a challenge you're experiencing?

This case's scenario is close to https://github.com/langgenius/dify/issues/3153. openapi-compatible-provider works for me. Yet it doesn't support vision request in gpt-4-vision-preview like model.

2. Describe the feature you'd like to see

A toggle in openapi-compatible-provider to turn on/off vision function when adding a model config.

3. How will this feature improve your workflow or experience?

Keep up with openai updates on LLM models.
